We want every customer to feel confident when buying genuine QuickBooks® licenses from us. Because our products are 100 % digital, standard “returns” are not possible once a license key has been exposed. The guidelines below explain exactly when—and how—we can issue a refund or replacement.


1 . Eligibility at a Glance

Tip: A key is considered activated the moment it is entered into QuickBooks or tied to an Intuit account.


2 . What Is Not Refundable

  • Keys that have already been activated or linked to an Intuit account

  • Requests made after 30 days of purchase (except duplicate charges)

  • Buyer’s remorse once the correct, working key has been delivered


3 . How to Request a Refund or Exchange

  1. Email us: support@quickbookspro‑desktop.com – this is the fastest, audit‑friendly channel.

  2. Include order IDor the email used at checkout plus a brief description of the issue.

  3. Our team will respond within 12 hours (average < 1 hour) with next steps.

  4. If a refund is approved, it is processed immediately; banks typically credit your account within 3‑5 business days.


4 . Replacement Keys

When an exchange is requested (wrong edition/year or non‑functional key):

  • The original key is revoked in our system.

  • A new key is generated and emailed to you at no additional cost.

  • Download links and activation instructions are re‑issued.


5 . Payment Method & Refund Route

Refunds are applied automatically to the original payment method (card, PayPal, etc.). We cannot redirect funds to a different account or issue cash equivalents.


6 . Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us first. Unwarranted chargebacks slow the resolution process; however, if a dispute is filed, we will supply proof of delivery and activation history to your bank.


7 . Policy Updates

QuickBooksPro‑Desktop.com reserves the right to amend this policy. Any revision applies to purchases made after the “Effective” date shown above.
